OUR SERVICES
O'Toole and Allen offer positive leadership, organizational development, staff training, and management mentoring for small businesses with < 100 employees. Consulting focuses on creating empowering leadership skills and tools for individual and organizational achievement.
O'Toole and Allen work one-on-one and with groups in varying business formats: home office, business office, and off-site seminar. We create a collaborative environment that includes scenario-based assessment and training, small group discussion and problem-solving, large group discussion facilitation, and web-based input and discussion for geographically dispersed organizations. All consulting work is planned with the client, has client approval of the written consulting proposal before the consulting work begins, and is followed up by a client satisfaction and feedback session.
Seminar-style consulting is available in two to five day formats. Groups select the topics to be covered during the seminar.
One-on-one training and mentoring builds a mentoring relationship between the consultant and client. Clients select the topics to be covered.
