Youth Leadership Training
Youth Leadership Training is available in school settings, seminar format, and one-on-one. Training focuses on personal empowerment: discovering gifts and skills and learning how to use them for personal and professional achievement; identifying personal values and creating a vision of personal success; setting and tracking goals for both long and short-term activities and projects; public speaking and presentation skills; problem solving; building a resume and a biography; and preparing for job interviews. Leadership skills and tools carry students forward to academic, personal, and professional success.
A school-based leadership program positively impacts the students, school, and surrounding community while creating a unique way to differentiate a school. All schools have the underlying mission of preparing students to become members of the workforce, active members of the community, and assume leadership roles. Leadership training in schools can be short-term training based on a few school selected topics or a year-long program covering multiple topics.
Seminar-style leadership training is available in two to five day formats. Groups select the topics to be covered during the seminar.
One-on-one training creates a mentoring relationship between the consultant and client. Clients select the training topics to be covered.

Professional Business Consulting and Leadership Training
No Excuses Consulting offers positive leadership and management training for small businesses with < 100 employees. Training is available in group seminar format and one-on-one. Training focuses on creating empowering leadership skills and tools for individual and organizational achievement.
Topics include: identifying or reviewing organizational mission, vision, and values; giving constructive performance feedback; building public speaking and presentation skills; problem-solving and decision making; and creating short and long-term plans tied to organizational and employee goals and objectives.
